First Responder Wellness Workshops

On-site first responder wellness workshops that give your agency a practical next step toward recovery and readiness.

Your Team Shows Up for Others. Help Them Recover, Too.

Your people are trained to respond when others need help. As an agency leader, you want them to stay ready for the next call—and have a life beyond the job.

After difficult calls and repeated exposure to critical incidents, simply moving on to the next shift can leave recovery unaddressed. Your team deserves a practical way to ask for support, and you deserve a clear next step.

A Guide Who Understands the Work

Tactical Resiliency USA is led by Dan Jarvis, a combat veteran and former law enforcement officer. That experience informs our work with agencies seeking support for their people.

Our on-site Wellness Workshop brings nonclinical Cognitive Performance Coaching and Trauma Resiliency Protocol-Performance Recovery (TRP-PR) to your team. The goal is to support emotional recovery and readiness through guided work.

A Clear Plan for Your Agency

  1. Start with a conversation. Tell us about your agency, the challenges your people face and what you want a workshop to accomplish.
  2. Plan the workshop together. Discuss participants, on-site logistics, scheduling and cost before deciding how to move forward.
  3. Give your team a dedicated opportunity to recover. Bring your selected participants together for guided Cognitive Performance Coaching.

What One Agency Reported

In March 2024, the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office partnered with TRUSA for a workshop involving 10 deputies selected for their exposure to critical incidents.

According to the reported case study, participants rated their emotional stress at 8–10 out of 10 before the workshop and 0 afterward. Participants also reported improved calmness, sleep and emotional stability.

These were self-reported outcomes from a small group. They do not establish what every participant will experience or how long changes will last.

Build a Culture Where Recovery Has a Place

You want people who can serve with confidence and remain connected to life beyond the job. Making room for recovery sends a clear message: your agency values the people behind the uniform.

When support keeps getting postponed, the next difficult call can arrive before anyone has taken the first step. Start with a conversation about what your team needs.
