Suffering from sleeplessness as a side-effect of a traumatic brain injury, struggling with survivors guilt and grieving his mother’s death, Dan Jarvis found himself contemplating suicide. His journey to healing led him to found 22ZERO, a non-profit that helps heal trauma using a technique known as Tactical Resiliency Training.
